STRENGHTS The principal strenght of GRASSROOT EMPOWERMENT NETWORK at this point is its well constituted board of trustees made up of experienced, committed, and dedicated gentlemen and lade. Whereas some are owners and managers of successful firms, others have in addition, a wealth of experience in poverty alleviation and business development. WEAKNESSES As a yound NGO, GEN is commencing its activity on a zero base budget. This means it will have to be funded with seed capital/assets provided by individual trustee members as well as other individual or organizations. |
